1. Delivery Options
 
 
We offer the following shipping methods within the UK:
 

• 1st Class Royal Mail – Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days

• 2nd Class Royal Mail – Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days

• 3rd Class Royal Mail (Economy) – Estimated delivery: 3–6 working days

• Local Collection – Free local collection is available from our Luton studio (by appointment only)

 
 
 
 
2. Processing Time
 
 
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
 
 
 
3. Delivery Timeframes
 
 
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to Royal Mail delays, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances. Once dispatched, Lashez By Ellz is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.
 
 
 
4. Shipping Fees
 
 
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method.
Local collection is free of charge.
 
 
 
5. Lost or Delayed Orders
 
 
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, please contact us at ellietoye@icloud.com with your order details. We’ll do our best to investigate and assist you.
 
 
 
6. Incorrect Addresses
 
 
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
 
 
 
7. Collection Policy
 
 
If you choose to collect your order, we will contact you via email or Instagram to arrange a collection time from our studio in Stopsley, Luton. Please wait for confirmation before arriving.
