About Me – Lashez By Ellz
Where beauty meets educationand confidence begins with every lash.
Hey, I’m Ellie Toye founder of By Ellz Beauty and Aesthetics, qualified lash educator, semi permanent lip artist and aesthetician. We are your go-to for luxury lash extensions, beginner lash training, and pro lash products that actually deliver results.
I started my journey over five years ago as a lash tech, and after seeing the impact this industry had on my life (and confidence!), I knew I wanted to help other women do the same. That’s why I created By Ellz to provide professional lash training courses and help people build their skills in the beauty industry. We also supply our own tested brand for high-quality lash training products that are accessible for lash technicians even for beginner-friendly. Each course comes with a start up training kit worth £120.
Based in Luton, I now run a fully accredited lash training academy where I’ve taught hundreds of students how to build successful lash businesses of their own whether it’s a side hustle or the start of a full-time beauty brand. My courses cover everything from beginner classic lash courses to advanced techniques such as hybrids and russians. Each training includes a comprehensive manual, live demonstartions and plenty of hands on practice with live models. My mission is to empower students to launch or grow their lash business with confidence. precision and a passion for excellence. We also offer free shadow days included with all course slots, so if you need a recap, we are here to help !
