Booking & Appointment Policies
 
 
Booking Policy:
A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from the final treatment cost.
 
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book again.
No-shows will not be rebooked.
 
Infill Policy:
To qualify as an infill, at least 50% of your lash extensions must be remaining. Anything less will be charged as a full set.
Infills are recommended every 1.5 to 3.5 weeks to maintain your lash set.
Please note: I do not infill other lash technicians’ work.
