Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from the final treatment cost. Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book again. No-shows will not be rebooked. If you cancel/ no show within 24 hours you have to pay 50% off the service price no exceptions please and 48 hours for £10 you will loose deposit if not
